補漏天台, 自己也搞掂, 不用找師父, 而且還keep 到幾年!
用漏補王的話, 天台補極都係漏 村屋連天台己47年, 頂樓天花甩灰漏水己常見, 早四年前嘗試自己落手補漏, 在油漆店買, 問老板: 「補天台用什麼?」, 老板介紹下, 買下十罐漏補王(HK$110/罐)。 像泥一樣, 內裏有個膠袋入住. 好彩的會買到比較淋身, 用油漆掃容易推開。 吾好彩有時會硬, 不容易推開。 鋪好整個天台後, 以為吾爆裂的話可以定到5年吧。 但問題在2 年後開始出現。 經過風吹雨打日曬雨淋, 的確沒漏水。 以為眼看沒爆裂便好, 但天花又開始甩灰。 漏補王乾了後是一層皮, 不是補漏 甩灰的天台位置大概沒有裂痕, 用鏟敲下地面, 空心。 一撬開地面一層漏補王發現, 內裏竟藏水. 經過這兩年雨水竟藏在漏補王和地面中間。 在冬天沒有下大雨己幾個月, 但中間的水份仍未散去。 最壞的情況是要把之前的漏補王鏟起。 但有些位置鏟不起來, 卻滿是漏補王的缺口。 超簡單方法, 問題解決! 後來買了另外一種補漏膠, 它是另外一種物料用來補裂縫夾口, 也可補天台面, 牆壁裂縫。 這是一套石屎膠大概(HK$150-180), 把兩罐油溝埋一齊, 便成了。 (一罐是膠水,一罐是乾化劑, 要溝全罐, 不要溝剩) 之前要清理一下, 鏟得到的便鏟起, 不能鏟起的, 也不怕, 把石屎膠倒落去, 然後用油掃掃好,…
